The Australian SQL Server User Group is a collaboration between Microsoft and a number of professionals who wanted to see more regular and accessible high quality SQL Server oriented community activities organised in Australia. 'There's a shared philosophy amongst those involved with organising stuff that the UG remains freely accessible to everyone, devoid of commercial interest and heavily oriented toward sharing information & knowledge about SQL Server. In other words, this is hopefully a User Group which attracts good people by being established for the right reasons.
